Pony club is a fabulous way for young riders to develop their abilities in the saddle and in the stable. Pony Club is set on a structure of levels which educate the rider in dressage, show jumping and in the stable. Members who work their way through the levels get a rounded experience more than just riding lessons. They learn how to care for their horse as well as how to ride.
Testing is optional and occurs yearly giving the members goals to work towards as they develop their skills. River’s Edge Pony Club runs through the school year with weekly lessons and stable management lessons taking part. Members also get to attend regional functions such as Quiz and educational days at the WCVM.
